Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and support to help each child achieve their potential.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers, support staff, and school leaders to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a culture of respect and learning.
- Engage with parents and carers to keep them informed of their child's progress and well-being.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience in teaching Key Stage 1 is highly desirable.
