About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team at Insider. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering technical expertise to our customers, driving digital transformation, and implementing innovative solutions.

  1. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs and technical environments.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet customer business goals and technical requirements.
  3. Drive pilots and proof of concept projects to optimize solutions and costs, and move customers forward from pilots to productive deployments.
  4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers during implementation and campaign deployment.
  5. Leverage best practices to guide customer strategy and future growth for Insider, cultivating customer affinity with our solutions.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative/complex technical deployment projects, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications.
  3. Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives in large or highly strategic accounts.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to lead and influence virtual teams.
  5. Extensive technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management.
  6. Familiarity with development methodologies and technologies, including JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, REST, XML, and Database Technologies.
  7. Strong product command and technical domain knowledge of SaaS, Marketing, Mobile Applications, APIs, or Programming.
