Our Strategic Technology Consultant Leads collaborate with C-suite executives to make informed decisions about how technology can transform their businesses. In today's fast-paced world, this expertise has become essential for making strategic decisions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing high-level project delivery and overseeing client relationships as a Strategic Technology Consultant Lead.
  • Collaborating with Managing Partners (MPs) in sales and quality project delivery for our most strategic clients, providing subject matter expertise on complex full-lifecycle global sourcing engagements.
  • Driving the delivery of high-quality deliverables, aligning with client expectations and predetermined timelines and budgets.
  • Monitoring clients' expectations and partnering with senior team members to revise project scope when necessary.
  • Contributing expertise and insight to the delivery of sourcing and spend optimisation solutions, supporting EMEA Practice Capability Leads with practice strategy, thought leadership, and innovation.
  • Harvesting intellectual capital from your engagements and sharing it with industry/practice experts.
  • Performing QA of critical project deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables to regional project teams.
  • Contributing to business building activities, including partnering with subject matter experts and Managing Partners to develop long-term client relationships during and outside of an engagement, leading to repeat/new business opportunities.
  • Participating and actively supporting recruiting efforts to help the business grow.
  • Supporting EMEA Managing Practice Leads with practice initiatives.
  • Leading and managing practice-aligned associates, including onboarding new practice associates, fostering and growing the regional practice community, coaching and developing junior associates to build industry/practice-specific knowledge, and formal mentoring/counseling responsibilities and annual performance evaluations.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a well-known management consultancy with project delivery and sales experience within the Commercial Sector preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline. MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Demonstrating intellectual curiosity and creative development of solutions and strategies to solve client problems, adapting Gartner frameworks and methodologies to address the heart of a client's pressing business challenges.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
