Overview:

Prestige Nursing & Care Edinburgh is a healthcare provider dedicated to delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Community Care Assistant to join our team.

Salary: £12.44 per hour, with additional holiday pay accrual and guaranteed time off every second weekend.

About the Role:

As a Community Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients to deliver personalized care and support in their own homes. This involves maintaining a clinical and supportive overview of each client, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering person-centered care to clients in their own homes
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Providing education and support to clients and their families on health-related topics
