Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Practitioner to join our Falls and Injury Prevention Team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the team and other agencies to deliver local and national health priorities and objectives. They will also be responsible for undertaking risk assessments on a defined patient population and leading on health promotion activities as required.
This is a permanent position, working full-time or part-time, depending on your preference. The salary for this role is £26,530 to £29,114 per annum, pro rata. If you are passionate about falls prevention and have the skills and experience required for this role, we would love to hear from you.
