Job Description

Are you a seasoned Property Services Professional seeking a challenging new role?

You will be responsible for overseeing repossession sales, accounts in receivership, and other complex mortgage matters, with daily interaction with customers, solicitors, asset managers, valuers, receivers, and colleagues to deliver successful solutions to customers and the company.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding and experience of dealing with property-related matters, mortgages, and sale progression.

  • Contributing to the development, provision, and maintenance of a high-quality property asset management function, working on repossessions and receivership cases.
  • Building working relationships with all relevant third-party suppliers, including asset managers, solicitors, and insurers.
  • Assisting the Property Services Manager on general administration matters.
  • Assisting in training and supporting new starters and colleagues within the team.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience within the property industry.
  • Good foundation and understanding of the life cycle of residential mortgages.
  • A good understanding of regulatory requirements and the impact these have on the business.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation of three days per week being office-based.
