Site Manager - Asset Intelligence

Galliford Try Holdings plc is seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our Asset Intelligence team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of projects on site, ensuring that all relevant documentation is prepared prior to the commencement of the operational installation phase of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Site Management Plans, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements for activities undertaken by directly employed resources.
  • Record delays and changes, including financial implications, and monitor Subcontractor progress and performance.
  • Coordinate and liaise with suppliers, specialist subcontractors, in-house functions, site installation, and construction teams.
Requirements:
  • In-date SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
  • Demonstrable experience of working on SEMD-related projects across the utility sector.
  • Relevant H&S qualifications (IOSH or CITB 5 Day Site Safety Management, a relevant CSCS card, and First Aid training).
  • A commercial and contractual awareness balanced by excellent man management skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • A high level of diplomacy and customer-focused, with stakeholder management skills.
