The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all operational processes are set up ahead of Go-Live and collaborating with the Key Account Director and operational manager to understand the scope of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up operational processes ahead of Go-Live
  • Collaborate with Key Account Director and operational manager to understand scope
  • Lead customer calls to discuss operational requirements
  • Document operational requirements into a customer-facing SOP and obtain internal and external sign-off
  • Ensure customer account is open and correct
