The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all operational processes are set up ahead of Go-Live and collaborating with the Key Account Director and operational manager to understand the scope of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up operational processes ahead of Go-Live
- Collaborate with Key Account Director and operational manager to understand scope
- Lead customer calls to discuss operational requirements
- Document operational requirements into a customer-facing SOP and obtain internal and external sign-off
- Ensure customer account is open and correct
- Develop operational workflow and ensure it is ready
- Gather and hand over any IT requirements from the customer
- Identify and escalate any potential delays or financial risks
Requirements:
