Job Title: HR & Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR & Office Manager to join our team at Fortis Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Directors and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide secretarial and IT support to the team, including maintaining office facilities and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.
  • Support the recruitment process, including job specifications, induction, and appraisals.
  • Ensure up-to-date knowledge of HR legislation and policies, and provide guidance to the team as needed.
  • Organize meetings and events, and may be required to chair meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform basic finance or book-keeping tasks as required.
