As a member of our HR Shared Services team at OpenText, you will have the opportunity to partner with renowned companies across the globe, tackling complex issues and contributing to projects that shape the future of digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct involvement in optimizing the HR self-service portal and ensuring our HR Knowledgebase is up-to-date with policy and system changes.
- A focus on personal and professional growth through participation in process improvement initiatives, training new team members, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- The opportunity to deliver high-quality service, collaborating with colleagues across HR to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our employees.
Requirements
- Relevant progressive experience in HR operations or a shared services model, particularly within the EMEA region.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in both English and French, with Spanish as a bonus.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HR systems like SAP/SuccessFactors, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related field, with HR professional accreditation preferred.
