Relief Pharmacy Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Relief Pharmacy Advisor to join our team at Boots. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer care and support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tailored health advice and guidance to patients, ensuring they feel informed and confident about their healthcare needs.
- Deliver the technical aspects of the dispensary, ensuring the safe supply of medicines and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Comply with legal and professional requirements, as well as accepted guidance on professional practice in Boots.
- Engage with GPs and practice teams to promote services and items, and seek opportunities to develop and improve our pharmacy services.
- Contribute to efficient dispensary operations, minimizing dispensing losses and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services and a genuine passion for customer care. You will also need to be able to build strong relationships with patients and your team, and understand individual customer needs to tailor your support and advice accordingly.
