Your primary responsibility will be to provide clear advice and guidance to customers, helping them navigate their healthcare needs with confidence.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored support and advice.
- Pharmacy Operations: Assist in the safe and efficient supply of medicines, including ordering, labeling, dispensing, and collecting prescriptions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with GPs and practice teams to promote our pharmacy services and ensure seamless communication.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to legal and professional standards, following best practices to maintain high-quality dispensary operations and minimize dispensing losses.
To succeed in this role, you'll need an NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services. We're seeking individuals with a genuine passion for customer care and a commitment to representing our healthcare values. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you'll be working with customers, GPs, and practice teams to deliver exceptional care.
We offer a comprehensive training program to support your development, including assistance with completing the necessary training to become a Medicines Counter Assistant. As you progress in your career, you'll have opportunities to advance your qualifications and take on more senior roles, such as an Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician.
