Asset Management Analyst

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Analyst to join our Group Procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, embedding, and enhancing our supplier governance framework, including delivering objectives related to supplier oversight, risk, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Collate and analyze key supplier data related to sustainability, risk, and performance
- Support the development of supplier due diligence processes, including financial crime, modern slavery, credit, information security, and corporate responsibility
- Develop, maintain, and enhance all tools and procedures utilized in the assessment, monitoring, and tracking of supplier risk and sustainability activities
- Ensure the maintenance of all required documents and procedures related to supplier engagement initiatives
- Support client teams to provide supply chain sustainability-related content for external RFPs
- Lead and assist projects that address specific supply chain sustainability issues and objectives across the Group
- Excellent analytical experience in understanding and interpreting data and information, bringing insight
- Experience of supplier segmentation and risk assessment, including outsourcing and supplier management
- Demonstrable project management, coordination, and delivery experience to set objectives and demanding deadlines
- Understanding of supplier-related risks and opportunities, including regulatory compliance and sustainability
- Excellent levels of communication, able to influence and persuade others, whilst building strong working relationships
- Excellent IT and numeracy skills, including advanced Excel skills
