KM Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled and passionate trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions for Functional Skills and Employability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and training, with experience in delivering engaging and interactive sessions to learners. If you have a passion for helping others develop their skills and achieve their goals, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training sessions in English, Maths, ESOL, and Employability to small groups of learners. They will work closely with the learners to identify their skills and knowledge gaps and develop a training plan to help them achieve their career aspirations. The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure. They will also be able to utilize existing resources and prepare new ones as needed.

As a Training Consultant for Skills Development, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of learners, each with their own unique needs and goals. You will be responsible for delivering training sessions that are engaging, interactive, and relevant to the learners' needs. You will also be expected to provide ongoing support and guidance to the learners, helping them to achieve their goals and develop their skills.
