About the Role
  • Develop and implement a company-wide Paid Media strategy, covering Paid Social, PPC, Google Shopping, and Display.
  • Manage and develop direct report Paid Media Manager.
  • Proactively promote best practice across Paid Media channels.
  • Optimize Paid Media activity daily to grow revenue and ROI.
  • Manage Paid Media budget and define KPI frameworks and reporting processes.
  • Undertake ad hoc research, analysis, and troubleshooting as required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Paid Media strategy to drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of Paid Media professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Paid Media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of Paid Media campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs.
  • Excellent project management and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects to ambitious deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain Paid Media channel details in a clear and concise manner.
  • Attention to detail and ability to create reports in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics.
