About the Role

This is a part-time position, with approximately 16 hours worked per week. You will be responsible for managing a team of staff, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all health and safety procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, sales, and inventory levels.
  • Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed, and that the cafe meets all relevant regulatory requirements.
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
