State Street is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead Business User Acceptance Testing activities across all systems associated with the core banking infrastructure. This role involves working closely with operational, project, and technology teams, vendors, and external industry groups on large-scale cross-platform high-risk projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attain SME level knowledge and understanding of business processes and flows via in-depth analysis of workflows and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Host interviews and deep dive sessions to understand and document business use cases
  • Participate in test strategy development and planning
  • Perform business user acceptance testing
  • Triage, track, and report post-implementation issues and defects

Requirements

We require a candidate with:

  • Exceptional operational and IT knowledge of the global payments infrastructure, including SWIFT, LYNX/LVTS, CHAPS, FED, CHIPS, etc.
  • Understanding of liquidity management principles and processes as they relate to global payment settlement systems and correspondent banking models
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail, and organization
