Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Manager to lead our Edit by Marie Curie store in Chapel Allerton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff supervision, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to ensure excellent customer service and a positive store experience.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and overheads.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions.
