About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Community Integrated Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults to live independently in their own homes.

Your key responsibilities will include providing support with daily living tasks, such as medication administration, personal care, and household management. You will also have the opportunity to engage with the individuals we support in a variety of activities, such as bowling, visiting family and friends, and attending concerts and events.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, honest, and respectful, with a passion for delivering high-quality care and support. If you have a fun-loving and motivated approach, and a desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you.
