Childcare Team Leader

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years Practitioner to lead and manage our baby suite, working closely with Assistant Managers and Lead Practitioners. As a key member of our management team, you will contribute to the strategic direction of the nursery and play a vital role in shaping the future of early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading and managing the baby suite, ensuring seamless operations and delivering high-quality care.
- Working collaboratively with the management team to drive the nursery's continued success.
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve the learning and development outcomes for our children.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including up to £25,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, you can enjoy up to 36 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and Christmas closure. Other benefits include lovely uniform options, company events, a pension scheme, and discounted childcare services.
