About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Engineer to join our Digital Operations team at PA Consulting. As a Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients, identifying and resolving issues with their applications and systems.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve existing ones.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement of client applications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to clients.
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills in Java, with experience in developing and maintaining large-scale applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with monitoring tools, such as Grafana and Kibana, and ability to use them to identify and resolve issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
