Change Recruitment is partnering with a leading global organization to support the growth of their contracting team. We are seeking experienced legal professionals with contract management, drafting, and negotiation skills to join this dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate drafting, negotiation, and coordination of contractual documentation for clients.
  • Facilitating and coordinating all stakeholders across different regions involved in the contracting process, ensuring their comments flow through to the contract and requisite approvals are obtained.
  • Negotiating client documentation within the remit, escalating appropriate risk where necessary.
  • Communicating any contractual documentation changes to applicable internal stakeholders.
  • Capturing and recording relevant non-standard contractual clauses on an ongoing basis and maintaining the contractual documentation database.


Requirements

  • Legal background or qualification
  • 5+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating contract management agreements
  • Contract management and negotiation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and presentation skills
  • Strong awareness of process efficiency and the need to mitigate risk through team processes
  • Financial Services experience is an asset


This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
