About the Job

  • Collaborate with our dedicated resourcing team to find high-quality candidates for your clients.
  • Keep clients informed about market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in IT recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IT Recruitment Consultant, ideally with agency-side experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, strong understanding of the IT industry and its recruitment needs.
  • Self-motivated and driven to deliver exceptional service to clients while achieving recruitment goals.
  • Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with a team to achieve shared success.
