About the Role

At Integral, we are seeking a skilled Senior Procurement Specialist to support our commercial team in delivering high-value projects for Rolls Royce. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for procuring and managing our supply chain, ensuring optimal cost savings and value delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for procurement-related activities, working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure seamless project execution;
  • Analyze market trends, benchmarking costs, and optimize pricing strategies to minimize project expenses without compromising quality or reliability;
  • Maintain robust relationships with existing suppliers, identifying opportunities for growth, expansion, and long-term partnerships;
  • Develop and implement comprehensive procurement plans, aligning with business objectives and strategic goals;
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to integrate procurement processes, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines and milestones;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the aerospace industry;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • Aptitude for data analysis and market research;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines;
