About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead our Children and Young People's Mental Health Programme. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on mental health services for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of the Children and Young People's Mental Health Programme
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication
  • Manage and coordinate programme activities, including budgeting and resource allocation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Monitor and evaluate programme progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience in programme management, with a focus on mental health services
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of local authority processes and political context
