We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Penumbra. As a key member of our Glasgow ARBD Service, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health challenges to achieve their goals and improve their overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents to develop and maintain their daily routines, including medication management and safety planning.
  • Provide one-to-one support and guidance to individuals, helping them to build confidence and independence.
  • Facilitate group activities and workshops, promoting social inclusion and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with external services and professionals to ensure comprehensive support and care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized support plans, focusing on empowerment and recovery.
