This dynamic accounting firm, Blusource Professional Services Ltd, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant through to Manager grade to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly/Quarterly management accounting
  • Meetings with clients
  • Communication with and possible ownership of a portfolio of clients covering all aspects of accounting and tax services
  • Training and mentoring more junior staff
  • Year-end statutory accounts preparation
  • Corporation tax calculations
  • Personal tax calculations and finalising self-assessment returns ready for submission
  • CIS calculations and submissions
  • Payroll processing (possible)

Requirements:

  • Strong background in accounting and tax services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in IT systems including IRIS, Sage, Quickbooks, and Xero
