We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Imaging Lead to join our team at KIMS Hospital in Sevenoaks. As a key member of our Imaging and Diagnostics department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring high-quality diagnostic imaging examinations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiography, with experience in managing teams and supervising staff. You will be responsible for maintaining IR(ME)R compliance, interpreting protocols, and assessing the justification of radiographic requests. Additionally, you will supervise and teach senior and junior radiographic staff and students in the development of skills in intricate or complicated imaging procedures and situations.
- Manage the Imaging and Diagnostics department, ensuring seamless service and patient experience between the Sevenoaks clinic and KIMS Hospital.

Requirements:

- Registration with the Health Professions Council.
- Fully competent in X-ray and MR/CT.
