About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Nicholas Associates Construction. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our Groundworks, Civil Engineering, and Infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our Senior QS to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage sub-contractor payments and accounts.
  • Review commercial gains and losses to ensure commercial success.
  • Collaborate with the site team, clients, and professional consultants to understand project progress.
  • Procure and manage the supply chain.

Requirements:

  • Professional Qualification (preferred).
  • Prior experience delivering Groundworks/Civil Engineering projects.
  • Strong procurement skills.
  • Excellent IT, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
