Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Prestwick Care. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the provision of person-centered care to our residents
  • Ensure residents retain their independence and individuality
  • Act as a role model for junior care staff
  • Built relationships with residents and their families
  • Support residents with activities of daily living
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of resident care plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a care setting or genuine interest in pursuing a career in care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to participate in vocational training programs
  • Satisfactory DBS check and ISA List clearance
