Finishing Operations Lead

As a Finishing Operations Lead at Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishes of all trades onsite. This role is ideal for someone with a background in high-end residential development and experience managing large teams of contractors.
You will need to have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to liaise effectively with architects and engineers, and possess a good understanding of SMSTS/SSSTS and Black or Platinum CSCS Card requirements.
Responsibilities:
- To manage the finishes of all trades onsite
- To oversee the coordination of 40+ contractors
- To communicate effectively with clients during viewings
Requirements:
- SMSTS/SSSTS qualification
- Black or Platinum CSCS Card
- Experience working on high-end residential projects
- Good problem-solving skills
- Able to liaise with architects and engineers
