Pensions Project Manager

About the Role

The ITV Pensions team in Preston is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the ITV Pension Scheme for its members. We are seeking a skilled Pensions Project Manager to support the delivery of various pension-related projects and activities across our admin, payroll, and finance departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver pensions-related projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
  • Provide project management support and advice to other teams in the department and wider ITV teams.
  • Develop and maintain process diagrams and documentation detailing business-critical processes and procedures.
  • Ensure project budgets are clearly defined against supplier scopes and budgets are monitored throughout the project's life.
  • Manage workloads to meet deadlines and undertake multiple projects simultaneously using effective task management and prioritization techniques.

Requirements

  • Pensions experience is required.
  • Minimum two years' experience as a Project Manager and previous experience in a Project Support role.
  • Experience of working within complex projects at all levels and able to demonstrate application of Prince methodology.
