Daniel Owen Ltd are currently seeking a skilled Mobile Commercial Plumber to join their team on a successful Social Housing contract in South East London. The client is looking for an individual with good knowledge and experience within the Plumbing and Heating sector, specifically within a Social Housing environment.

Mobile Commercial Plumber Role:
  • Reactive heating and hot water maintenance to district properties
  • Actioning heating and hot water repairs within properties
  • Assisting in draining down blocks to carry out work
  • Maintain heating systems: radiators, valves, pipework etc.
  • Install and repair heating components: pumps, valves, and thermostats.
  • Replacement and repair of radiators, TRVs, lockshields, 2-port and 3-port valves, isolation valves etc.
Mobile Commercial Plumber Requirements:
  • Level 2 Plumbing Qualified
  • District system experience
  • HIU experience (ideal)
