I am currently representing a maintenance company based in London who are in search of a skilled Mobile Commercial Plumber to join their growing team. The successful candidate will provide both installation and maintenance works for a variety of commercial and industrial clients.

The company specializes in a range of services including plumbing, commercial gas, electrical, and mechanical works. They primarily work on mixed-use development contracts, high-end residential contracts, as well as commercial plant rooms.

The Role:

As a Mobile Commercial Plumber, you will be working on a mobile basis all within the M25 Orbital, carrying out a range of tasks including:

  1. General plumbing including emergency call-out rota works to commercial and domestic clients.
  2. Hot and cold water systems installation and maintenance.
  3. Changing pumps, motors, vessels, and valves.
  4. Isolating pipework and performing risk assessments.
  5. TMV maintenance and repair.
  6. Installing pipework and fixtures.
  7. Changing taps, toilets, and sinks.
  8. Fixing leaks and performing plantroom refurbishment works.
The Package:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £42-45k, company van and fuel card, PPE, and a range of other benefits including:
