About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Active Care Group, specializing in neurological rehabilitation. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with clients with a wide range of neurological conditions, including acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, and neurological degenerative conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical advice and therapy management plans to clients with neurological impairments, utilizing contemporary treatment techniques.
  • Develop and maintain specialist knowledge to inform sound clinical judgments for complex case management.
  • Conduct initial assessments of clinical risk, complete risk assessment documentation, and report as necessary.
  • Evaluate client progress, reassess, and alter treatment programs as required.
  • Write reports in various styles and maintain up-to-date clinical record keeping.
  • Demonstrate clinical effectiveness through evidence-based practice and outcome measures.
  • Work autonomously, using initiative, and be accountable for own professional actions and boundaries.
  • Contribute to service development and audit with senior team members.
Requirements
  • Physiotherapy Qualification (BSc or MSc) and full HCPC registration.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar field.
  • Access to own car daily.
