Are you a highly motivated and organised leader in the care home sector? One of my esteemed clients, Gilbert Meher, is seeking an experienced Peripatetic Home Manager to join their dedicated team and support 12 Care Homes across the Highlands and Aberdeenshire.


This dynamic and diverse role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work across multiple care homes, providing vital management support, overseeing project management, driving quality improvement, and stepping in as a registered manager when needed.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and coach staff to deliver top-tier care in alignment with Gilbert Meher's values.
  • Oversee project management and drive quality improvement initiatives.
  • Step in as a registered manager when needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Care Home Manager role, ideally with 3+ years of experience.
  • NMC Registered Nurse.
  • SVQ 4 Leadership and Management in Care Award or willingness to work towards it.
  • Extensive experience in the care industry, particularly with elderly and dementia residents, and a proven track record of delivering quality standards.
  • Strong motivation to engage and empower staff to achieve high performance reflecting Care Inspectorate Grades.
  • 5,000 KPI bonus scheme.
  • Hourly overtime rates available.
  • 32 days annual leave (pro rata).
