Your key responsibilities will include mentoring and coaching staff to deliver top-tier care in alignment with the company's values.

With over 30 years' experience, Gilbert Meher is renowned for delivering high-quality care and maintaining excellent living and working environments.

The company specialises in supporting elderly residents and individuals with dementia, offering exceptional facilities to ensure a comfortable and homely experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Care Home Manager role, ideally with 3+ years of experience.
  • NMC Registered Nurse.
  • SVQ 4 Leadership and Management in Care Award or willingness to work towards it.
  • Extensive experience in the care industry, particularly with elderly and dementia residents, and a proven track record of delivering quality standards.
  • Strong motivation to engage and empower staff to achieve high performance reflecting Care Inspectorate Grades.
  • 5,000 KPI bonus scheme.
  • Hourly overtime rates available.
