About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Kerridge Commercial Systems. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the sale of our OnRent product.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Win New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  2. Migrate Existing Customers: Work with our OnRent Product Management and Development team to ensure a seamless migration of existing InspHire Office customers to OnRent.
  3. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business requirements.
  4. Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our products and services remain relevant and competitive.
  5. Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver effective presentations to customers, showcasing the benefits and value of our OnRent product.
  6. Event Participation: Represent Kerridge Commercial Systems at industry events, showcasing our products and services to prospective customers.
  7. Ad-Hoc Projects: Participate in ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as required by the Online Sales Manager, contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Requirements
  1. Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the rental industry.
  2. Technical Knowledge: Excellent technical understanding from an application and technology perspective.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  4. Proactivity: Proactive and self-motivated, with a customer-first attitude.
  5. Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot and answer technical questions, providing solutions to customers.
  6. Professionalism: Approaches work and relationships with colleagues with maturity, patience, and professionalism.
