About the Role

We are seeking a talented Brand Manager to join our team at FMCG Selection, a leading distributor of instantly recognisable branded health and beauty products. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of healthcare brands and driving their growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand growth and awareness
  • Work closely with our agency to develop creative executions for the brand in the UK, including OOH and digital
  • Take the lead on new product launches, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
  • Assist with the management of all brand expenditure and collaborate with the category manager for thorough analytics of all marketing activity
  • Develop and execute trade marketing plans that meet brand objectives
  • Support the sales teams with brand updates and marketing expertise during customer meetings
Requirements
  • Currently operating at Assistant Brand Manager, Junior Brand Manager, or Brand Manager level with relevant and recent marketing experience in a consumer-facing role
  • Recognized marketing qualification, such as CIM, is essential, and a marketing degree is preferred
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with weekly visits to our South East-based head office
