Job Description:The role involves providing outstanding leadership to achieve excellence in quality of teaching, learning, and assessment throughout the College. The focus is on delivering a vision for continued development of e-learning and driving continuous improvement in quality assurance and standards.
- Lead and manage a team of staff to achieve College objectives and priorities.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment practices across the College.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment to drive improvement and excellence.
- Collaborate with College staff to identify and address areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance the student experience.
- Evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance overall performance.
