Senior Nuclear Project Manager

First Achieve Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join a global Engineering company in Falkirk, Scotland. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a seasoned professional with experience in New Build Nuclear Projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage high-level Nuclear project contracts, ensuring the highest standards of project management best practices.
- Organise resources to achieve defined project goals and deliverables, including day-to-day management of the NNB Project Managers and their teams.
- Act as the focal point for UK and overseas strategic alliance partners to support and develop New Nuclear Business.
- Oversee the overall execution of the projects, including Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost, following Business Standards and Procedures.
- Develop and maintain a culture of professionalism, openness, honesty, commitment, collaboration, and continuous improvement at all levels of the Projects.
Requirements:
- Strong engineering and service-related background, with experience in managing major projects and leading deadline-driven project teams.
- Strong financial and commercial understanding, with the ability to become fully conversant with company HSEQ procedures and management systems.
- Sound understanding of modern project planning/scheduling processes.
What We Offer:
Up to £60,000 per annum, alongside many more benefits such as 8% contribution to pension and more.
