Plant Maintenance Specialist
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Maintenance Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Chester. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong mechanical and electrical engineering skills to take on a proactive role in maintaining our manufacturing equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or certification in mechanical or electrical engineering, along with previous experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is essential, as well as problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
This position offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, comprehensive health and pension benefits, ongoing training and certification programs, and a dynamic and innovative work environment.
Responsibilities:- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures and malfunctions.
- Ensure all machinery complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
