Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Support Executive to join our busy events team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering initial enquiries, taking messages and being the first point of contact. This includes booking crew, travel, accommodation and meals, as well as handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key responsibilities include raising purchase orders and invoices on the system, managing logistics such as parcel delivery and collection, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and contractors.
