**Job Description:** Learning Support Facilitator
At Doucecroft School, we are committed to providing high-quality education and support to our students with autism and additional complex needs. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Learning Support Facilitator to join our team.
As a Learning Support Facilitator, you will work closely with the Class Teacher and Teaching Assistant to provide direct support to students in their learning environment, facilitating a supportive and safe environment for learning. You will also take an active role in a wide range of classroom and physical activities, assisting and working closely with the Class Teacher and Teaching Assistant to contribute to lessons.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain excellent on-the-job training and continued professional development, as well as access to a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Providing direct support to students in their learning environment
- Assisting and working closely with the Class Teacher and Teaching Assistant to contribute to lessons
- Gaining excellent on-the-job training and continued professional development
