Service Bookings Coordinator

We are working with a reputable Automotive dealership group to recruit a Service Bookings Advisor to join their team in the Narberth area.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, communicating with customers about service and repair work, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Professionally communicate with customers regarding service and repair work
- Produce job cards on in-house computer systems
- Update customer and vehicle records
- Prepare and complete invoices
- Advise customers on estimated costs and timescales of work
- Previous experience in a Service Bookings Advisor role
- Ability to upsell on service work and service plans
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with motor dealership database software
A competitive salary of up to £26,000 with an OTE of circa £28,000, plus a bonus scheme providing additional earnings on top of the basic salary.
Monday to Friday working hours, with a 30-minute lunch break.
