Service Bookings Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Bookings Advisor to join our team at Perfect Placement UK Ltd. As a Service Bookings Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Service Department, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their service needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Produce accurate job cards and update customer records on our in-house computer systems.
- Prepare and complete invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
- Advise customers on estimated repair costs and timescales, providing a high level of transparency and trust.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support the Service Department.
- Previous experience in a Service Bookings Advisor role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to upsell service work and service plans, driving sales growth and revenue.
- Familiarity with motor dealership database software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- A competitive salary of up to £26,000, with an OTE of circa £28,000.
- A bonus scheme providing additional earnings on top of the basic salary.
- A Monday to Friday schedule, with a 30-minute lunch break.
