Ward Manager Opportunity

New Hall Hospital in Salisbury is looking for an experienced Ward Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses and healthcare professionals, delivering high standards of patient care and contributing to the hospital's overall success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient care
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing practices and make recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, based on location and experience. Plus benefits including 25 days' annual leave + bank holidays, private pension scheme with company contributions, free parking on site and more.
