Care Assistant Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a member of our close-knit team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, and provide high-quality care and support to vulnerable people in their own homes.
About the Position
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our clients, following individual care plans and helping with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework. You will also assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence, as well as supporting clients with their medication.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is compassionate and able to care for others, with no prior social care experience necessary. You will need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of our team.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £12.00 per hour plus mileage, with a range of benefits including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, and support to develop your career with access to further qualifications and courses.
