Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Forestry and Conservation Lead to join our team at Center Parcs. As a key member of the Ground Services Team, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining our forest landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement forestry and conservation plans to ensure the protection and enhancement of the forest ecosystem
  • Manage and supervise a team of estate workers to ensure efficient and disciplined working practices
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and provide excellent guest care

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 2 in Horticulture, Forestry, Countryside Management or equivalent experience
  • Good knowledge of natural history and an interest in nature conservation
  • Previous experience in the use of agricultural, forestry and horticultural machinery
