We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Remediation Coordinator to join our team at Centrick. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing major works and building remediation projects across our portfolio.
As a Property Remediation Coordinator, you will work closely with our Building Safety & Remediation Manager to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, residents, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Attend project team meetings and contribute to the development of project plans and timelines
- Use our in-house project management systems to track and monitor project progress
- Work with the Resident Engagement Team to ensure that residents are kept informed and up-to-date on project progress
- Oversee and monitor the wider Section 20 major works projects on the Centrick portfolio
- Liaise with regional managers to ensure that major works projects remain on schedule and adhere to process
- Support with client reporting on projects
